Another wonderful bootcamp class. All thought it is cool outside, it is still beautiful. Keep up the good work everyone.

Wow, it has been so beautiful outside and I have been keeping busy working in my garden.  I finally finished putting it in yesterday afternoon. It doesn't look like much now, but as it grows it will look wonderful, it's a work in progress.  Just like all of us, we are a work in progress, it takes time to get where we want to be, but it will be worth the effort an we will benefit from the hard work.  Keep up the good work everyone and get outside an enjoy this beautiful weather.

Busy past couple of days, hope everyone had a good Mother's Day.  I've been bad the last couple of days, I usually track of everything I eat, but I slacked off.  Back to being good.  I have to remind myself of what my younger sister says to me - " A moment on your lips is a life time on your hips".  I have a lot of moments that I need to get off of my hips.

Another busy week, the weather has been beautiful.  I only went to boot camp once this week, Thursday morning.  It was to nice outside to go Thursday evening, I worked outside in my garden.  I am feeling in better shape this year, my rototiller did not beat me up when I tilled the garden.  On Saturday, my sister and I did a 3 mile walk for the heart association, it was a brisk, cool walk.  I watched my grandson this weekend as well, he loves the idea of beening able to play outside.  We took a walk in the woods.  Keep up the good work everyone, we are half way there.
