I went yesterday for my health assessment at the Health Department.  What a nice set up, everyone was very nice there, willing to help an answer any questions you had.  Not that I liked my numbers, because I did not (big reality check here).  But it does put in the right frame of mind on where I want and need to be.  Keep on moving everyone and drink a lot of water.
